School Canteen Facilities
In 2022 the company expanded into the School canteen business offering a facility for schools to have their own onsite canteen service bringing the best of food and
service to their students.
Currently servicing 2 local schools the Marist secondary school and Our Ladys bower Athlone .

The path to mastery with Elaine & Leigh
A Slice of Life was established in 1993 by sisters Elaine and Leigh Denby, born out of a love of cooking with their mother in the family B&B, Shelmalier House in Athlone. Their interest in all things food as young girls became an integral part of their lives as sisters.
